Getting Started with QR Code Check In/Out - Beta
Convene supports session attendance tracking using QR codes, and it's very easy to setup, here's how.
Step 1: Activate Check-Ins for the Event
Step 2: Activate Session Check-In
To do this, in Convene Manager, navigate to the Session Details page for the session that you want to enable Check-In/Out. Then, in the section named, "Session Check-In" enable "Check-In" and "Check-Out." Note, you may only enable Check-In and not Check-Out if you're not interested in tracking Check-Outs.
Step 3: Download or Print the QR Codes below "Check-In" / "Check-Out"
Step 4: Test the QR codes with your Convene app.

Step 5: Place the QR Codes in the Venue so attendees can scan!
On each session where this feature is enabled, you'll find an attendance report.
